Terms and Conditions of 6lll — Clear Rules So You Can Play with Confidence

When creating an account on the platform 6lll (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and use any of its services — sports betting, casino games, slots, live betting, or any other available feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6lll. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this document and on the site's Terms and Conditions page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

To create and maintain an active account on 6lll, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Reside in a location where use of the Platform is not prohibited by law;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

One account per user

Each individual may hold only one account on the 6lll. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, third-party CPFs, or any other workaround is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately, and available balances may be cancelled while the matter is under investigation.

Credential responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all access to your account. The 6lll is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the account holder's own negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.

The 6lll follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the betting sector and with anti-money laundering guidelines.

Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at other times at the compliance team's discretion. Documents typically required include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);

Deposit limits

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. Maximum limits per transaction vary by method and can be checked on the deposits page of your account. There is no maximum total deposit limit per period, except where the user has set personal limits through Responsible Gambling.

The primary withdrawal method at 6lll is the Pix, with processing within ten minutes of the withdrawal request being approved. Funds are sent to the Pix key registered and verified in the user's profile.

Withdrawal conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00 upon request;
• Identity verification (KYC) completed and approved;
• Balance available for withdrawal (unconverted bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly);
• Pix key registered under the name of the account holder.

Main balance vs. bonus balance

Your account balance is split into main balance (deposits and converted winnings) and bonus balance (promotional credits). Only the main balance is available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus balance is converted into main balance as the rollover requirement is met, in accordance with the conditions of each offer.

Timeframes and suspensions

The 6lll reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, to carry out additional security checks, or by order of a competent authority. In such cases, support will reach out within 24 hours with the necessary guidance.

The 6lll offers a welcome bonus, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The specific terms of each offer — including the amount, bonus percentage, rollover requirement, and validity period — are detailed on the respective promotion page at the time it becomes available.

General bonus rules

• The welcome bonus is granted once per CPF, email address, and device;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated;
• The standard rollover period is 30 days from the date the bonus is awarded;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.60 do not count toward the rollover requirement;
• In Sports Betting, only main markets (final result, handicap, over/under) contribute at 100% — special markets may have a reduced contribution as indicated in the offer;
• For casino games and slots, most titles contribute 100%. Progressive jackpot slots contribute 20%, unless otherwise stated.

Sports Betting on the 6lll cover sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, and others), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), volleyball (Superliga), and tennis, among others.

Live Betting and Cash Out

Live bets are accepted while the market remains open. The 6lll may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments of an event (goals, red cards, injuries) to recalculate odds. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.

Cash Out — full or partial — is available on live bets for major events. The Cash Out value is calculated based on the odds in effect at the time of the request and may be lower than the potential winnings. Once confirmed, a Cash Out is irreversible.

Cancelled or suspended events

If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the main balance. In multi-leg bets (accumulators), the voided event is removed from the slip and all remaining results stand.

Odds errors

In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds — such as values clearly outside normal market range — the 6lll reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. Support will notify affected users by email.

The casino games and slots available on the 6lll are provided by certified developers and audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. The RTP (return to player) for each title is published on the respective category pages.

All outcomes are generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) hosted on the developers' own servers. The 6lll has no technical ability to interfere with game outcomes.

Technical failures

If a technical failure occurs during a round — such as an internet disconnection, game provider server outage, or software error — the interrupted round will be settled according to the provider's server records. Demo mode

• Systematically engaging in bet arbitrage with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

The 6lll believes that betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. To help users stay in control of their own behavior, the Platform provides the following tools, accessible in the Responsible Gambling:

• Deposit limit — per day, week, or month;
• Loss limit — the maximum amount you are willing to lose per period;
• Session time limit — automatic alert and session end after a defined time;
• Temporary self-exclusion — access block for a set period (minimum 24 hours);
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the user's request.

The 6lll does not send marketing communications to users under an active self-exclusion period and removes those users from all promotional lists for the duration of the restriction.

The 6lll processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). Information collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention (KYC);
• Processing of financial transactions;
• Support communications and account notifications;
• Personalizing your experience on the Platform;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

The 6lll does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your express consent, except when required by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or email. Prior to closure, any available main balance will be processed via Pix once all necessary verifications are complete.

Closure initiated by 6lll

The 6lll may suspend or close accounts in the following situations, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Use of multiple accounts;
• Court or regulatory order.

In cases of closure due to a violation, the 6lll reserves the right to retain bonus balances and winnings obtained during the period of the violation, while the deposited main balance may be returned following a full review.

The platform 6lll is provided "as is". The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and may carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that results in temporary downtime.

The 6lll is not liable for losses arising from:

• User internet connection failures;
• Server issues from third-party game providers;
• Delays in processing Pix or other payment methods caused by financial institutions;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the Platform;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the account holder's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 6lll against a user will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The 6lll may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, new Platform features, or adjustments to operational policies. Changes take effect on the date the updated version is published on this page.

For significant changes — such as updates to payment methods, rollover requirements, or withdrawal conditions — the 6lll will notify active users by email at least seven calendar days in advance.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.
